This is going to be long...
Back in April of 2011 I purchased 3 adult size normal balls form her. Two were your run of the mill normals and the other was a special dinker type one that was a little bigger. She Had theses girls marked for $125 each for the normals, and 275 for the "dinker." She cut me a deal for $485 for the group, well I thought it was a deal....
We'll fast forward to the 2011 NRBE, I learned from a breeder, whom I cant remember, how to probe and properly sex a Ball. So when I get home I go ahead and probe my entire collection. First one I probed was the dinker girl, well turns out it was a boy, as well as one of the others in the group of three. I contact Cathy to let her know this and see what we can do. She told me shes been saving up for a cruise in October and has already bought the tickets so after that she can start sending me payments. Im cool with this because I realized it was 4 months after she sold them to me and the money was already spent. She told she did not want me to send them back and to put them on craigslist. I couldnt sell them there after a month or so because Daytona's craiglist is pretty slow in the reptile department. So I gave them to a friend of mine. Cathy is under the impression that I shoulda sold them to help cover what she owes me which is BS, and now doesnt want to give me a full refund. She originally owed me $350 and thats $260 for the dinker, and $112.5 each for the normals. She only wants to pay me $300 now because she wont give a full refund with nothing to show. I didnt have time to wait months because I needed females for this year, and those boys were taking up rack space. It doesnt matter if I sold those snakes for $1000 a piece or gave them away, she still owes me $350.
To sum this up, ever since she got back from the cruise. I've had to hound her constantly to get any payment, and since October Ive only gotten three payments of $50, $80, and $50 again. All spread out and all I had to hound her down for. Not once has she tried to keep up communication. But while Im paitiently waiting here shes selling animals left and right "for a friend" and getting all these new animals as "cosignment". Also shes been bidding on Ben Seigels, and Breeders Circle auctions. While still owing me. Supposedly her, her kids, or her husband are going to the hospital alot. Also her husband bought a storage room and got a whole bunch of stuff. I asked of she would like to throw me a few things out of there to balance us and get this over with, but its the hubbies money so she wont and I have to wait for her once a month paycheck or her sales. But on facebook shes telling all her friends she gonna get lots of new herps when she sells the treaures that she found in there.
Im tired of dealing with her and honestly dont care if I get my money back anymore because im sure after this she wont want to send it to me. Im just tried of stressing, and putting this off hoping for my money doesnt seem to be getting me anything but angry. Ill post all facebook messages becase they are the most recent communication followed by screen shots, followed by original emails when I find them in my long archive.

I understand, One option Ill throw out there that id be ok with is possibly getting a bigger girl to cover her. After some math on the group deal, I figured I paid 260 for the dinker and 110 each on the two normal girls. I saw a girl just under 3000g for 250 on FC. If thats within ur abilities to find. What really suck is I was planning on starting my pairings in the next week or so, and this really set me back this year.

Yea I'm kinda in one too, these were gonna be the only three girls I had to breed this year. I was hoping to some vanilla girls to hold back. But I kinda don't have the extra cash to go find to adopt new girls or the room until I get rid of these boys. Plus I have no car, and they don't like snakes on the bus. I couldnt sell them there after a month or so because Daytona's craiglist is pretty slow in the reptile department. So I gave them to a friend of mine. Cathy is under the impression that I shoulda sold them to help cover what she owes me which is BS, and now doesnt want to give me a full refund. She originally owed me $350 and thats $260 for the dinker, and $112.5 each for the normals. She only wants to pay me $300 now because she wont give a full refund with nothing to show. I didnt have time to wait months because I needed females for this year, and those boys were taking up rack space. It doesnt matter if I sold those snakes for $1000 a piece or gave them away, she still owes me $350.
To sum this up, ever since she got back from the cruise. I've had to hound her constantly to get any payment, and since October Ive only gotten three payments of $50, $80, and $50 again. All spread out and all I had to hound her down for. Not once has she tried to keep up communication. But while Im paitiently waiting here shes selling animals left and right "for a friend" and getting all these new animals as "cosignment". Also shes been bidding on Ben Seigels, and Breeders Circle auctions. While still owing me. Supposedly her, her kids, or her husband are going to the hospital alot. Also her husband bought a storage room and got a whole bunch of stuff. I asked of she would like to throw me a few things out of there to balance us and get this over with, but its the hubbies money so she wont and I have to wait for her once a month paycheck or her sales. But on facebook shes telling all her friends she gonna get lots of new herps when she sells the treaures that she found in there.
Im tired of dealing with her and honestly dont care if I get my money back anymore because im sure after this she wont want to send it to me. Im just tried of stressing, and putting this off hoping for my money doesnt seem to be getting me anything but angry. Ill post all facebook messages becase they are the most recent communication followed by screen shots, followed by original emails when I find them in my long archive.

I understand, One option Ill throw out there that id be ok with is possibly getting a bigger girl to cover her. After some math on the group deal, I figured I paid 260 for the dinker and 110 each on the two normal girls. I saw a girl just under 3000g for 250 on FC. If thats within ur abilities to find. What really suck is I was planning on starting my pairings in the next week or so, and this really set me back this year.
