This site does not, and should not be expected to act as judge and jury. It is up to the buyer to use due diligence and investigate those they are considering completing a transaction with.
Should the site refuse advertising due to claims of scamming, (which it does not do) some people might then reasonably but erroneously draw the conclusion that anyone selling on the site could be considered safe.
Investigating each seller is obviously way beyond the scope of a classified site. It makes more sense that the buyer, who has the most to gain or lose, be responsible for investigation of his seller.

BUT, to say, do your Due Diligence, will take on a whole new meaning starting 2/20/20 when the BOI will be put too rest.
Time has come for all to stay on their toes more than ever, to know who they are dealing with, now that we won't have the BOI to depend on.
I personally won't miss the BOI, but it has been a great tool in outing scammers, liars, and thieves.
