Hmmm...it depends on the type of dinosaur we're talking about.
Most of the anklosaurs might resemble plated lizards, sungazers, or even some tortoises in the face.
If raptors lacked any feathering in the head, they would likely look like monitors (although ironically, monitors evolved from the non-dinosaurian marine mosasaurs).

Heck even Leachies look like some sort of prehistoric something or other. Not sure they look like any certain dino, but maybe. Many amazing looking lizards and geckos.

Cyclura genus of iguanas for sure. males especially. hell and they are big lizards too!
Frilled lizard hands down for me
