    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I am posting this so you can use caution when dealing. I will not post the 370 text messages and 80+ e-mails from him unless this reall gets out of control by him. I am telling to use caition do to the fact that he has ripped me off by not completing our trade. He never sent my three animals that he owes me for my animals sent in trade. He after all our comunication states that the anmals I sent with breeder signed photo id are not what I said they are and or they did not come from specific breeders even though I have the reciepts and contact information from the breeders.
The main reason I am saying to use caution is because after I told him I was calling the Michagan police on him He sent me a nice text reminding me that he has family here that are part of MS-13. He said they are his wifes family and they begged for my info but they refused for know. He also has his info listed to live in tesas but shipping is to Michagan. I have another fauna member that is also or was trying to business with him until he found the guy lived in michagan when after several hundred emails of living in Texas.
We even have him in 2 seperate emails sytating to me that he was arrest by the Michagan DNR for snake shipping and the same weekend the other member has emails saying that he was arrested by the Texas DNR. Several months ago there was nother issue with another member here is the link

WE do not know if this the same guy for surebut the other member said he got scammed by this one before and he is fonfident it is the same guy.
I emailed one of the moderators of this sight to take action but I got no response. Please use caution I would not want any one in the same situation I am in. I only hope this guy is blowing smoke or I just made it worse.
I have sent several members this guys address and numbe due to the threats and the severity of them. I know also the other member has had many also. They may be empty threats ut I am not tking a risk with the fact of my wife and 2 children.

You might have to go ahead and post your e-mails and texts so people can get a better and accurate view of things. People here don't mind wading through e-mails.

I'm shipping Monday to you from Texas and when you ship my new animals ill be getting from you. The reason i didn't say anything was because of this I hate stress I figured ill just let it go and forget about it. I knew the Shit wasn't true so i just let it go its a competion out there and people are doing dirty Shit to get snakes I don't want no part of it. Do i need to block all the swearing on the emails?I have been warned and also have been given points for saying a small swear word and i'm not looking to get kicked off.
There is alot of emails at the end from "david" that every other word is not nice.
This is no ploy from Mike and i too get someone kicked off that doesnt deserve it.
I really would heed the warning from Mike.I do not know Mike personally,just a couple emails and a possible trade that didnt work for us,But no problems just didnt do the trade.
I also have emails of him talking crap about April(mod) and how she banned him off of here before
Please keep in mind i have 200-400 emails to sort through to get this stuff you guys are going to want.
 
i tld you Mike i would not let you hang on this.I know you did what you were suppose and i KNOW DAVID has issues and i know he is the Chris that burned me and the Mcfly guy that got banned over the issues of his lipsticks.I also do not know how to post 300 and more emails on here.It be easier to just forward them to a person like the owner of this site.

Its going to be hard to follow then.And with so may swear words,it will take alot of time to block and i dont know how!
I'm not a computer person so i will wait to see what emails people really need to heed the real warning by Mike.
I understand why people dont want to post on the boi,but this guy has some issues and he is not a good member for fauna imo .
I think he should be kicked off for using a Tx address to join and then ships and receives in MI.
That should be a good warning right there,right?
I also called the 3m company he states he works for and they have no David Zachary in their company.2 lies so far

Please take the 4 points off? I didnt deserve that!If i blocked out any words people would think i was hiding info that might be needed.
I care that people are ripping others off and joined in and got burned for doing so,.This seem very petty to me.

I would reccomend that you post at least a email showing each of the following:
1. Email detailing what the trade was supposed to involve from both parties.
2. Email showing he recieved the animals you shipped to him.
3. Email showing his statement of why he feels the animals are not what you said they were.
4. Your proof that the animals are what you said(pics, scans of paperwork)
5. Email showing him refusing to ship his animals to you, return your animals to you.
6. His threats to you.

I think that would probably cover your deal, what went wrong, and your proof that he is stealing your animals and not sending his end of the trade.

Edit out swear words by replacing each swear word with ****. So instead of "What the fudge are you thinking?" it would say "What the ***** are you thinking?" (I don't think 'fudge' gets me dinged, so I used it).

I hope you get this resolved, and if he threatened you via email, call the cops(you should call YOUR local cops and sometimes THEY will contact HIS local cops). A threat is a threat, and should be treated as such especially if it involved family.
 
An easier way to replace all the swear words (as long as they aren't misspelled):
1. copy and paste all the emails into MS Notepad, found by using your start menu and going to "Accessories".
2. Press CTRL+H at the same time. This should bring up the "replace" command. It will show you one line that says "Find what". Here is where you would enter in one of the swear words used. The line below that says "Replace with". Here is where you will enter in "****". Then click replace all. Congratulations, now every word that matches what you typed in has been changed to "****".
3. Repeat with every swear word used. Proofread before posting on fauna to avoid infractions.

By the rules of this forum that everyone is to follow you aren't exempt. Warning points is nothing more that a notice to correct a action and nobody but you sees them. Profanity is not allowed quoted or not. By receiving a warning you are being notified that the behavior isn't allowed. It hasn't been allowed for a very long time.

Don't take this thread off topic because you can't follow the rules and don't antagonize the moderators for doing their job correctly in this thread. Take it to the feedback forum. This will be your only warning.
 
I understand what uyou asking for. Because of all the text messages and the emails that went back and forth they would not be in order. I realize I gotten scammed for my animals I just wanted every one else to be cautios. You make your own dicision about the guy when and if you get the chance to work with him. I have already wasted enough time and money on this guy. I do not want you people to fight for a lost cause. JUST BE CAUTIOUS. Once again 370text messages and 80+emails. Head my warning and be cautious more so due to the treats of harm.

At least post the e-mails/texts with the threats. That would be good enough for me not to want to deal with him.
