    =====================

    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    =====================
    Some people have indicated that finding the method to contribute is rather difficult. And I have to admit, that it is not all that obvious. So to help, here is a thread to help as a quide. How to become a contributing member of FaunaClassifieds.

    And for the record, I will be shutting down the Google Adsense ads on January 1, 2025.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

You may recall a video showing Secretary Pannetta stating he didn't need congressional approval to go to war with Syria a while back. Well Congress is finally finding their balls again it seems. Worth the 11 minutes of your time.

March 8th, 2012 • 2:02 PM -With the introduction of concurrent House Resolution 107, we urge all citizens to join the mobilization to build support around this resolution, which may save the country from destruction.

A mass distribution leaflet is available at LaRouchePac.com.

The Fight Against Thermonuclear War
Yesterday morning's Senate Armed Services Hearing attended by JCS Chairman General Dempsey and Sec. of Defense Panetta provides an insightful glimpse into the fight between those who are aggressively pushing for a U.S. intervention into Syria on the one side, and General Dempsey and various military figures on the other, who have been insisting on a war-avoidance policy.

Obama Put On Notice
Offensive Military Force without Congressional Authorization Constitutes an Impeachable High Crime and Misdemeanor

A leaflet for print distribution is available on LaRouchePAC.com.

Rep. Walter Jones, Republican from North Carolina, has introduced H. Concurrent Resolution 107, which calls on the House, with the Senate Concurring, to do the following:

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
March 7, 2012

Mr. JONES submitted the following concurrent resolution;
which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

"Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress's exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution."

Commenting on this resolution, Lyndon LaRouche said that this is "urgent" and that everyone should go "full steam ahead" with organizing support for it. This comes from a member of Congress with military credentials, which is extremely important in this case. It is to be highly welcomed. "This bill could save the United States from destruction", LaRouche said.

Every Congressman must co-sponsor this resolution, now. Go to your Congressman's district office, call their staff, attend their town hall meetings, organize overwhelming support for this resolution -- such a mass movement against Obama could be the only thing standing between us and World War III.

Take Action

1. Call your congressman and demand they co-sponsor the resolution! Go here and enter your zip code at the bottom of the page

It's just all smoke blowing. Look at all the impeachment efforts placed against George W. Bush:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Efforts_to_impeach_George_W._Bush

During the presidency of George W. Bush, several American politicians sought to either investigate Bush for allegedly impeachable offenses, or to bring actual impeachment charges on the floor of the United States House of Representatives Judiciary Committee. The most significant of these efforts occurred on June 10, 2008, when Congressman Dennis Kucinich, along with co-sponsor Robert Wexler, introduced 35 articles of impeachment [1] against Bush to the U.S. House of Representatives.[2] The House voted 251 to 166 to refer the impeachment resolution to the Judiciary Committee on July 25, where no further action was taken on it.[3] Bush's presidency ended on January 20, 2009 with the completion of his second term in office, rendering impeachment efforts moot.

Just another group of political blowhards.
