I do not think you can get info on a incoming call, especially when there never was one, But I know I can get info on calls made. At least I can.

I cannot believe how many people are impressed with these racks. I think they suck, I purchased 2 of them at first. I finally had some baby chondros hatch. and one of my babies got out because the tub shelf is not even, the back slopes downward to give a bigger gap in the back, then I emailed them to let them know and they gave no remidy for my situation, I then had 2 racks and wanted a third one to make my stack complete and the third rack is wider then the first 2 so they look like crap and do not sit flush with my other cages, and then I had a baby escape from a different rack.

This is why I started building racks myself because I think his stink.

Question

When was the purchase? The rack looks like it has been used for awhile.

You are building racks now, right? That is what you said.
If this purchase was long ago, why post now? Except for the fact you now have racks for sale yourself seems to be the only reason.

Casey, I opoligize to you, By saying the product sucks, I probably to grudge out to far. The product works great except for my escapes, I should have worded it different by saying the product has flaws. The third unit I purcahsed was a different size and I still have not even used it. Finding out that you changed a few things was new to me. and by me first telling you that I had a escape and me wanting a replacement, I gave you the option of offering and you did not so there was probably comunication errors and I held hard feelings toward this. And with me saying things to you at the show about your doors was not meant in critisisim but meant to be conserned in my opinion. And by me saying in email about the welds was also not critisisim.
So I opoligize for saying they suck.
With my units the only thing I am woried about is escapes other then that they funtion very well.
And you say you fixed this problem.

If you give me the exact size of the "older" units, I will make one that size and trade it for the one the one you got at Grand Rapids. We will be at the GR show in May, the 3rd I think so we can swap. I will also repair the other one, I have some very thin (1mm) plastic that should work very nicely. See ya.

Jim S., why are you doing this to yourself? I'm not speaking just from a standpoint of your reputation, but it appears that no matter what anyone has tried to do to appease you once you've become angry, it's not good enough. Why is that? That's not healthy.

Casey offered to swap the enclosure. Matt offered all sorts of recompense for your trouble. What gives?

On another note, whether you were rude to Matt's mom or not (and I'm sure that you realize that you are quite capable of coming across that way regardless of your intention), you had no business discussing the deal with her. The extent of your conversation with Matt's mom should have been to leave a message for Matt. Would you like someone calling you at your drywall job, and having a bitch session with your boss if you weren't there?

Jim, I still stand by the opinion that you take excellent care of your animals; however, that's only one piece of a business transaction. Work on your professionalism, work on your anger issues, and get the other pieces together. No one is perfect, but everyone should strive for improvement.

Hey...I am planning on being at that show...I think...

Got a pair of BP's to pick up in GR...figured that weekends was as good as any...go visit some family in Muskegon...have mother's day with the mother in law...

Depending on the size of the those racks (and whether he can swallow his pride long enough to bring them in) I'll buy them from you...I know most of mine are black...but I am not THAT picky...LOL

Besides I already have those white shoebox racks...so it won't be TOO mix and match...

Of course...you would think that Jim, being the 'Master Rack Builder', would have figured out how to fix them himself, by now.

Casey offered to replace the one that was different size. not the 2 that I had escapes in, he offered to shim them, I can shim them if I wished to.
As soon as I get free time to build myself some racks these will be trashed.
I am going to try and not post here anymore so please do not ask questions, I have my reasons for my posts and they are my reasons, they are not bad deals I have made but are bad deals I recieved.. like it or not they are my deals.
