    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    And for the record, I will be shutting down the Google Adsense ads on January 1, 2025.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

To add more insult to the situation I seen Roberts wife Marcy today driving a nice Audi, funny because just a few months ago she was driving a Mitsubishi lancer. They can afford big spaces new shops and new cars but can afford to pay Bill his money. What great people :angry:

What do you expect from someone who blatantly steals an entire business?

Compared to that, the theft of one animal is small beans, isn't it Robert? That little bit of grift was nowhere up to your standards, was it?

So his employees walk into GBU (his admitted competitor) and steal an animal. When it is reported to him what they did, he does not fire them. On Then Naomi from GBU (again his competitor) magnanimously lets Crooked Coral know that she won't post the video.

Flash forward to 8 months later where, when called out on his disgusting deeds and con man ways, Coral the Cheat immediately rails against Naomi and accuses her of undermining his business.

Correction Coral the Con Man, your business is being rapidly undermined by your subhuman treatment of Mr,. Gillingham. Your employees are thieves because YOU are a thief. Do the right thing and start paying Bill back for the business and property you stole from him.

Have fun at the Sac Show. With 19K plus hits on this thread and counting there are bound to be quite a few people there fixing you with the stink eye. You are on the fast track to becoming a pariah in this community you Thief. I think the full realization of how low you are regarded will hit you very, very soon.
 
Let's not forget mrs. conman coral either. This woman must have known what her husband was up to and, as far as I can tell, is completely fine with not only him stealing the business from Bill, but also fine with her employees stealing from the competition.

I wonder what their children, if they have any, do at school when other kids have something they want. Do they ask mommy and daddy if it's ok to steal it, or just go ahead and take it, like mommy and daddy do?

Does anyone have a picture of mrs. conman coral they could post up here so all her friends and neighbors can fully appreciate what she condones and is complicit in?
 
Things are no always what they seem to be!

The Great Valley Serpentarium – The truth and nothing but the truth. This is a good example of
“things are not always what they seem to be”. Robert and Marci Coral did not “steal” the Serpentarium. First of all, they had no idea that I had transferred their name to the property. When I did, it raised a red flag and the State of California investigated it and found that a business was also attached to the property. At this point both Robert and myself became victims of the State and they owned the business and property. When I told Robert that I placed the property in their name he immediately tried to get his name off and he explained the situation to me about the bankruptcy. The State forced Robert to close the business for two weeks and was not allowed in the facility. At this time, Robert had no income but he continued to care for the animals even though they were no longer his. The State couldn't care less about the live stock. When the State put the property/business up for sale, Robert, as a desperate resort, asked his mother for help, who is in her later years and out of debt. She was able to take out a second on their home to purchase the Serpentarium. Nor Robert or I own the Serpentarium today but at least we have it back. Robert makes payments to his mom. I have to thank Robert's mom for putting herself in to a financial hardship to help.
You know, Robert and Marci could have walked away from this whole mess and left me with absolutely nothing, but they didn't. They are truly good people and I thank them for saving the Serpentarium. It is something I can always be a part of and they have continued to keep it a very presentable and exciting place to visit. Thank you Robert and Marci and I apologize for all the harassment that you had to endure. I look forward to my next visit to a place created by my dreams. The truth and nothing but the truth. To all you reptile enthusiast out there, thank you for your concerns and support. I was able to write this after meeting with Robert and Marci last night, 9/18/2012.

I flat out do not believe this. The transfer of real property requires a writing. Possession of real property carries with it obligations such as taxes, upkeep, etc. I do not believe that one can transfer real property without the knowledge and acceptance of the those receiving the property.
 
I agree with Lucille. And it doesn't change the fact that he didn't tell you about the bankruptcy until after the sale of the business.
 
Something just ain't right.

I don't smell tuna, I don't smell Spanish Mackerel, I smell something really really rotten. Like long dead and rotten too long in the sun rotten.
 
Common sense would dictate that someone who just declared bankruptcy would not try to buy an entire business......UNLESS......they knew they could use it as a loophole to benefit themselves somehow. It almost backfired in this case.

I'm sure the meeting they had was them threatening to sue Bill if he didn't try to fix the situation. I'm sure they also had their goon lawyer there to help persuade Bill into writing out the above post that is basically word for word what Robert posted earlier in the thread. Smells fishy indeed
 
Hey Robert and Marci - do you use a spinning coin for that mind control trick or a swinging pocket watch?

I don't smell tuna, I smell a couple of fly blown carcasses. Shame on the two of you.

Better get those coins and watches primed and ready boy, the back chatter on this latest stunt is deafening and pssst, no one buys it.

Sign the quitclaim deed. Have the grantee complete his section. The notary must check both of your IDs, sign, date and place his embossed seal on the document. Make copies for yourself, the grantee and the notary.

Unless eHow got it all wrong, it definitely seems like something that'd need to be done while the notary is in the presence of all involved parties.

I hope this is at least directly leading towards Coral finally coughing up what's owed. Otherwise, I can't even begin to understand the about-face.

Looks like Robert :shootfoot with his lies of acclaiming he didn't know it was sighed over to him. It would have been impossible for him to not know.

You admitted to filing bankruptcy in 2009.......can you tell the rest of us why you currently have another open Chapter 7 - filed THIS year (May 10, 2012 - to be exact).

Is this a habit of yours Mr. Coral? Is it?

This is just an attempt at damage control before the Sac. Show next weekend. I don't think any of this will affect his sales at the show, though.

Can't verify that the two bankruptcies are the same person - as the 2009 record is no longer on the system.

It wasn't like you were going to answer the question anyway - but for know, I'm going to ASSume that it is a coincidence that there are two Robert Corals that filed bankruptcy in the the Eastern California district in 2009 and 2012.


What are the odds?

I am glad this is all coming out .I knew eventually someone with Robert's m.o. would open up the wrong can of worms and it would all come gushing out .I stated before I do not know Robert personally ,but I know personally how he has affected Bill ,Sam and Naomi .I think they have all tried to take the high road ,considering some of the crap he has done to all of them .

I strongly believe that Bill is trying to save whatever monetary compensation left he might get out of Robert ,by the careful worded narrative he issued .As others picked up on ,there was more likely a little subversive coersion going on there .There were several instances ,including the theft ,that I advised Naomi and Sam to take the moral path and realize that someday Karma would put a beatdown on this boy ,well ,I see some more coming .

No ,this is not a physical threat ,but the realization that he couldn't get away with it ,and his day has come .I hope Bill gets some kind of compensation ,and I know that GBU handled these events the way they thought ,and others thought would be best ,and well for Mr.Coral ....

Karma does answer the door every now and then .
