Trader rating?

OK Im not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot. So sorry mods if I'm in the wrong place.

My question is, do you have to be a paid member of fauna to leave trader ratings for some one?

Yes,you do.

You can just click on someone's coins to join

and after seeing all the good you can get out of a paid membership (the BOI alone is 10 times worth it), you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner!
