Be very careful doing any business with her and her girlfriend Elizabeth(nickname Peanut)..they owe me $1100 for some of the animals they are selling and skipped town owing many others money and lawsuits. They will scam, lye and exaggerate any circumstance to make people feel sorry for them and scam ANYONE!!! Be very careful on ALL "hets"!!!

First I would like to say that you will hear all kinds of story's from this "couple". They will play off as stated in the first post which was deleted, as being "single" mothers in need of money. They are single because gay marriage is not legal. They are just using that as an excuse to help get sympathy. They will used other excuses like they were robbed, or my favorite which was used at least 4 times on 4 separate occasions with several others; that a store employee robbed them while they were out of town. Also, ever close relative was dying they had to help with the bills. That being said, they stuck me with an $1100 bad check for animals that were promised to be paid for. Even after the check bounced, they promised to pay it back in payments and made NO effort to pay anything back. Little did I know that they were just stalling for time, while the closed there store and left a pile of debt and other bad deals behind in NY. I even offered to just take the animals back so that it didn't create a hardship for there family, only to have every request completely ignored. I have the text's, emails, and bad check to prove what I'm saying, but I'm not a big "poster" and I really don't know how to get that type of stuff transferred to this medium. I will say that after my first post I have been contacted by many others that say they know all about these ladies bad dealings and dishonesty! They have even lied about the original posting, saying they deleted it because some of the animals were "stolen" and they weren't available! Was it a coincidence that it was the so called hets that were stolen after I warned people that they weren't hets at all!!?? NO they are just playing there games. I wish I could go into more details of the long list of things they have done, but I don't think all that were involved will come forward and post what they know. Some just don't like conflict and confrontation. Thes ladies are or at least were trying to open yet another store in there new location and I believe they will continue the same dirty business and thievery they did while living in the north! I'm just trying to help warn people so they aren't there next victims.

Everything is heresay until proof comes up. Which is another reason I feel its not important for her to know about this thread yet.

I'm trying to find someone to scan the bad check to post that copy too. But she does admit that she owes me and is "try" to get me paid back, but paid nothing. I'll work on it. No I wasnt aware of this thread till just now. And as you stated Elizabeth bought many reptiles from you not I. I do believe she gave you over 7,000 dollars in business in less than 4 months I can get the checks from the bank you cashed. Because I was there for some of them at the reptile shows. This is Jodi not her. As I was not the owner of that store nor was I your customer. I do not appreciate you slandering my name Sam. Check with the mayville ny court house with who owned that store. It was not I. I was only in your store once when I gave you 500 dollars cash for the albino I bought her for her birthday. And she gave you 2 checks for 1100 dollars the first cleared didnt it. And yes she came into a tough spot with the store when an employee did **** her over when i was very ill in the hospital. They stole so much it closed her doors. Your right. As I just read a thread you had a theft problem at your store. I guess just you gets stolen from huh. I could give some facts about my visit to your store but Im not like that. As for my personal life I dont believe thats any of your business. She did get screwed hard and has been making payments on all her debt from electric bills to store expenses. As for you she explained the truth to you and it wasnt good enough. But she was good enough to buy lets see if i can remember all the items she purchased 3 beardies 2 @ 250 dollars 1 at 175 that was my birthday gift, I can remember atleast 19 ball pythons im sure theres more and how many others for her store??? And there was never a problem was there? But Im sure you have never had a financial hardship. I believe the last text you sent her was nasty when she was tryin to work it out with you and your right she got pissed and put you on the back burner. It wasnt my transaction with you but you can bet my ass I'll make sure you get your money.

Since you did reply, I would first like to make a couple corrections of you statement to be more factual. Yes, you 2 did spend a lot of money with me within the 7-8 months prior to bouncing the check. That did include stuff for your store and Christmas and birthday presents. The amount was not near the $7000 mark and I'm not the only one you ladies were buying ball pythons from but it wasn't 19 or more. That really makes no difference in the actually subject of not making good on a bad check of $1100 plus the bounced check fees. The check also did not bounce when an employee robbed her while you was in the hospital. You told me you had just gotten out of the hospital when you guys came down to the store, when I was given the bad check. According to the text she sent, You were robbed yet again by an employee when you went on your vacation(cruise). That was the 3 time she had told me she was robbed by an employee while away, so you can see why I would be a bit skeptical.

Yes, you are correct. My store was robbed several years ago and I can understand how a person feels when that happens. That is how I felt once again when the check bounced and wasn't made good or at least attempt to make it good. I felt like I was robbed once again. But during both times, I didn't not screw anyone else by not paying them what I was owed. I paid what I owed to who I owed.

With the next topic of understand "hard times"; I completely understand and even understood through everything till you left town, stopped all contact, and didn't pay one red cent. The check was bounced on May 5th. I didn't start asking for payments till in June!! After you got back from your cruise!! As you can see in the email chain, she promised to send the $225 that she already had, and was to have at least $500 to send to me the follow week(which was into July at this point with no payments) and I NEVER received anything. At that point I was getting no replies to my emails or texts. The last text I did send was JULY 22ND!! That was when I did say that if I didn't get a reply I would be going to file bad check charges. But during this time you were packing up and moving with no intent of paying me back. If there would have been any attempt to do so, it wouldn't have gotten to this point. As you can also read in the thread, I offer to just take some of the animals back to wipe out the debt and we would have been ok; but on 3 separate offers, I got zero replies back to accept to do that. Just hollow promises to pay back. If all that stuff had been true, I wouldn't have wanted to take "food from your kids"; that is why I offered to take back just the female mojave and male lesser, which was way more then fair.

The last text was not nasty; it was really simple. Since you won't return the last 3 emails and last 4 texts, I'm only sending one more and that is to tell you that if I don't get a response I will be going to the courthouse.
I have never been unreasonable with this situation and if you ask Adam he can tell you that.

If you truly do want to correct the wrong and do get this taken care of, I will gladly tell everyone that is was taken care of.

My point is you are slandering me. I did not write you a check nor do I get in your and Elizabeths transaction I only came to pay you for her presant. but you feel the need to drag me in it. As I stated in my last response it will be taken care of. Elizabeth is not a crook nor does she screw people she fell in a hard time and yes she was screwed at that store numerous times. As I stated above believe it or not I am not going to argue about it. I will have her contact you. Its not my place nor is it my business. Just like I assume what you do or not do Im sure Lori isnt involved in all of it either. As you stated above that was your 2 deal not mine. You are advertising animals that were gotten with a bad check that was not made good. That is one way you are "in" this. Just as bad as selling stolen merchandise, especially when you know they weren't paid for! You were also around and consulted on most purchases made and that also puts you involved. You are trying to sell items that are directly involved with the bad check, so it is not slander. All truths were stated on my part!! As for stating you weren't sick and being ignorant about it...well you need to read it more carefully. I only stated that you had your "facts" incorrect. You were trying to say that the check didn't clear because you were in the hospital and an employee "robbed" the store. I simply stated that wasn't the case, as that happened right before you came to the store with the bad check. You told me that night, that it was the first time you had been out without the oxygen. The time the store was "robbed" and the check didn't clear was when you were on the cruise! As for Adam; I was simply saying that if you ask him; I have repeatedly told him that even as early as several weeks ago: I would be willing to forgive and forget if ANY attempt was made to correct the debt. Repeatedly asking for even an equitable exchange of animals back for the debt. The animals were obviously still there, because you were trying to sell them....that prompted the posts. If "taking" care of this is actually going to happen, I will gladly work with you once again and post the correction of transaction.

I'm actually fairly sure this perfectly matches the definition of 'selling stolen property', which is a felony in most states. Have you considered just contacting the police?
