If he's signed on, and somebody else looks, that's a very different thing from giving somebody his password.

Isn't this against Fauna's terms of service?

If he left the window open, it would show him being there - on that page - until the time expiration removed him; and anybody could view the page while it was displayed. Further, unless another person posted under his name, it really doesn't matter all that much, does it? (Admittedly, I don't recall if posts were made; though I remember the fuss being made about him "viewing" when he was supposed to be in surgery.)

I said the same thing. All of a sudden people are posting on his "good guy" add, but some of them were for purchases on his part which is odd if he has financial issues. And having a nurse check your fauna account threads while operating is just plain psychotic.

The other deals were all low dollar deals. I believe this is the highest value deal Dr. Robert Brunner has ever made, at least on Fauna.

As (truly) fascinated as I am by your assorted lies, Dr., you seem to be ignoring the obvious:

You gave the OP a ring to hold as collateral on the $1300 remaining unpaid balance.

You were offered a full refund with the return of the animal (numerous times) when you presented your claim that the animal was sick.

You refused the offer of refund, which means: You owe the OP the balance of $1300.

You seem hung-up on the ring, but show no desire to get it back (i.e. Refuse to pay the balance owed).

So...PLEASE, by all means serve papers on the OP. If this goes to court, you will lose. Of course, the OP has NOT been served papers because you know that you don't have a leg to stand on. No one here is fooled by your threats and posturing. We have seen it all befor from various scammers (like yourself).

Personally, I don't believe for a moment that the animal that died (IF an animal died at all...), is the same animal you purchased from the OP. You expect us to believe that you still owned $1300 for the animal (and want your ring back SO bad...) but you didn't take a single picture of the dead animal...? No, I don't buy it. It just doesn't make sense.

Know what DOES make sense? This:
I believe that you are full of you-know-what, and you are now acting a fool because you got busted re-selling a "dead" animal that you still owed money on. That would explain your behavior here.

I am with Kevin (Black Adder) on this one ... way too many inconsistencies and holes (Swiss cheese has less) in the stories by both ... only story I would put any validity in is Zovick ... makes sense that he was contacted and asked about the lineage as it was advertised as from #443 by Ici in his original ad and he was asking 6.5K for it (actually 6.5 and then 7 several days later and then back to 6.5 two days after that) .. so quite possible Tuan looked at it then but was too much .. then he got chance to get it for whatever the price the Dr. was asking for it and maybe flip it .. so just decided to reference it as the tortoise Ici was selling .. I feel the Dr. may quite possibly still have it ... I think i missed where there was a trade offer between Tuan and the Dr. in regards to this tortoise.
I did look at the emails over and over and get the impression that Tuan was going to buy or was in process but was looking for info on it from Ici .. we have no idea where the picture Tuan sent him is from .. I would guess he got it from the Dr. .. Ici asks for photo and instantly Tuan sends a picture .. not like he had to go outside and take it .. already in his phone.
While we are talking emails ... in Ici posts he says a few days after the deal ... he was told it was sick and then a week later told it died .. he also says he tried to give refund and get back .. looks as if the Dr. was going home to bring it to him for refund and Ici says he won't be home and then Dr. finds it sick at home and allegedly takes to vet and it subsequently dies ... but there was no week lull .. Dr. says it's sick .. going to vet ... then tells Ici it died the next day ... not a week later .. vets on Wednesday and disposed on Thursday ... all allegedly and would appear to be false .. not sure I'd feel comfortable doing a deal with either of them at this point.

Judging by your poor writing skills, I would seek a remedial English course and spend less time with reptiles. I think the crux of this entire thread is way over your head, as you have demonstrated a persistent failure to grasp any of the main points.

More evidence is revealed as the ongoing saga in Dr. Robert "Bobby" Brunner's fraud case unfolds...

This time, the good Doctor claims that the vet disposed of the body. He claims that he can send photos of the dead tortoise, as he has stated multiple times in this thread, but never does... see a pattern?

He also begins threatening legal action on Friday, May 20.

On May 18, Robert Brunner has already claimed the tortoise is sick for several days, and we agree to a FULL REFUND at 7:00 pm after work.

Dr. Brunner never shows up and instead posts a fake receipt from Parrots of the World (see post #1) and threatens legal action.

Tuesday May 17 is the first time I began observing that Dr. Robert "Bobby" Brunner was behaving strangely. For the first time since we began corresponding, he began ignoring my calls and gave the excuse that he "fell asleep" -- see text below.

Tonight, on Sunday, August 7, Robert Brunner offers me a $650 payment to cease all posts. He subsequently takes the deal "off the table," and threatens legal action -- for the 56th time! LOL!!
