F1 halmahera male 9 ... hatch date was 5/5... weight after first shed was 176 grams . breeding was wc male 2 x wc female 1... this clutch is the only halmahera retics have been produced in the US, and only the second time, i know of, in captivity... the only other clutch of halmaheras i know of was produced in Germany... im asking $2000...
halmahera are medium size retics, larger than ternates, but they seem to stay in that dwarf range of 14ft... iv never seen one that large... my female is between 12 and 13ft... the male is 8 to 9ft.. my other male is around 8ft...
halmaheras are very dark, with thick black and a lot of side color and pattern that connects to the belly scales...
these are very rare in captivity... i dont know of any adults in the US besides my 2.1...
ill be posting a video of this male on my youtube if you want to check it out
email me with any questions
thank you
