    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

this thread was talked about on the radio show again tonite and i have gotten a lot of "that a boy" for posting my proof and putting my foot down on this crudd when all there doing is lieing and posting in retaliation for me outing them .
i also have noticed scents i have posted my proof all the hate mail, threats, and taunting has stopped and even the crappy posts on here from others.. HAVE I gotten any sorrys OR I WAS WRONG ABOUT YOU for jumping the gun from other posters that read this thread and have posted on it ? NOOOO I HAVENT that speaks alot of there Characters as well

Brandenburgh the "everyones out to GET you better watch it!!" sounds more like a threat to me than anything. I'd contact the police about Leatherman. The rest of it... I'm having some trouble reading due to the way you both type, legitimate or not.
 
Chris B....I have to ask...what is it you hope to accomplish here, now? The thread here wont' make them go away and leave you alone. It won't make them suddenly see the error of their ways to turn around and want to be friends.

With the things you've posted and the way Chris L. behaved himself....I think your point about their character is plenty well established.

Maybe now is the time to just ignore them. Block all e-mails...and any that slip through, just delete them without reading them. Put them on ignore lists at common forums, or if you can't do that, then just skip over anything they try to say. IGNORE THEM. That's all you can do. Don't talk about them at shows. Don't look at them. They should not even exist in your world. Eventually, they'll get bored when their games no longer receive any feedback.

I realize some of this may be easier said than done....but that doesn't make the doing impossible. Every time you respond to them....every time you even read one of those stupid, nasty e-mails....every bit of attention you give to them on public forums...it FEEDS them. Nothing you can say or do will hurt them...it only FEEDS them and gives them exactly what they want....and makes YOU look small and petty (at the very least) in the process.
 
Well I wasn't going to post on here but since you have so kindly drug my name thew the mud for no apparent reason what so ever, and blaming me of being someone I'm not. I for one would like to see a screen shot of the emails you have copied and paste on here. I know you know how to anyone one can copy, paste and manipulate emails before they post them on here. So with that please enlighten us.

really???????only thing i changed on the emails i pasted was the censorship of certain words so i post a screen shot to receive infractions because of the langauge ha i dont think so nice try natalie

It's not her job to prove she's not someone....as her accuser, it's your job to prove she IS. :rolleyes: (And for the record, I'm not defending anyone...I have no idea who is who in this little debacle.)

As for the e-mails...when you use the program to crop and save for uploading to the web, you can use a little "paint brush" to black out the curse words. It's not that hard to do.

stealing what pictures? lmao so if i receive so called baby pictures/ pics of litter mates of a snake i bought from another person thats theft? i have litter pix of my albino boa i bought as well is it too stolen when the guy gave it to me for record keeping of the albino i bought? i also have pictures of the albinos parents as well that were sent to me when i bought the albino
had i know the pic in question wasn't acurate i wouldn't have saved or sent it when i was selling the snake simple as that or even bought the axanthic if i new about them pictures
 
i also have a complete pic cd and feed card of my salmon female boa as well the seller gave me when i bought her aswell it is documenting her from birth as she was growing up to the date i got her and he thru that cd and pixs in for free when i bought her so is that theft as well the pic cd even has her litter mates and parents photos on there too from Mcphee
i too give out pic cd's to buyers if they want it that documents parents, birth, and stages of growth till there sold

its also odd now that leatherman is banned all of a sudden jmartin is posted to still try to turn it around when i have in fact posted proof of the condition the cage was in when he got it i posted proof of the comments he and natalie have made aginst my kids and wife i saved every communication between me and him and his partners nick and natalie i even have voice mails saved as well
 
I contacted Chris awhile back about a pic he had on Craigslist about a Axanthic he had for sale. He was using Mark Mandics pic of a lighting pied. I asked him is Mark gave him permission to use his pic. He told me that the pic was to show an axanthic cause people didn't believe that was a morph.
