Any updates on USARK/FWS??

I seem to remember that based off of something I read a few months ago regarding the most recent court activity, that a ruling would come down in September? That may just be wishful thinking and misreading on my part. Has anyone heard about any movement on this?

We're still waiting for the judge to rule on FWS's appeal of the preliminary injunction that was granted to USARK.
