He had to give me a choice because what I was doing in the hell forums was not what he expected from one of his mods. He disagreed with how I conducted myself there and told me to either stop the way i was conducting myself in hell in the manner I was or give up the Mod status. He has his standards and expectations that he wants his mods to live by and I didn't feel I was the right fit for that position. Rich has every right to decide what is expected of his mods and if they don't want to abide by them then they can step down or continue doing what the were doing and be "fired".
Now what your doing is trying to make it look like a whole different scenario that it wasn't for some reason. Maybe you want me to say something bad about rich or fauna but that will never happen. I like rich and I like fauna. It just didn't work out as me being a forum moderator.
But if I was to guess, you wont be in that position very long. There are only 25 posts in your forums in a month and the numbers have gone down since you have been a mod there not up. Rich expects a forum mod to actively participate in their forums and you don't, you are in your forums sporadically at best. So when you get shown the door will you resign with the decency that I did. Or will you bad mouth rich and fauna because it didn't work out for you?
