When holding an animal, we will gladly continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as our own until shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified within the first 4 hours of receipt. Animals will only be shipped in appropriate shipping temperatures. Also, you must be there to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, otherwise the guarantee will be void. Although we do prefer to ship only on Monday-Wednesday, we are flexible with shipping and happy to work out the best shipping date suited for you to accept the package. Shipping will be done through UPS Next Day Air.
