Specifically, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about keeping marine sandworms/clamworms (whatever the common name is, Polychaete worms of genus Nereis). I know they're sold a bait for marine fishing, but I'm more interested in keeping them alive, and wondering how to do so. I know they'll eat nearly anything, and require salt water, but what else? Should I put in aeration, even though they don't have a respiratory system (they accomplish gas exchange through diffusion across the body wall and parapodia)?
Are there any books just on keeping marine invertebrates that would get me started (I've never done marine before)?
