Hey everyone, thought I'd share my first stop action animation/video that I put together a few weeks ago.
My motivation to put this clip together was for a B&H photography contest. The contest was to create a video of you opening one of their boxes.... I figured nobody probably wants to see my boring ass open up a box, so I made a couple of little lego dudes do it for me

The contest is down to the last 15 finalists, and the winner gets a Canon 5dMKII
If you're on facebook, definitely feel free to throw your vote in, it would be greatly appreciated
As far as the photography goes, I had 2 studio modeling lamps set up that were moved as necessary for each angle. I believe there were 672 photos used to put the video together. All photos were taken with a Canon 7d, and a canon 100mm macro and Sigma 30mm f1.4. All shots were wide open, and the ISO and shutter speed varied depending on the lens being used and how close/far the subject was.
It was an interesting project that I think turned out pretty well for a first attempt.
Thanks for checking it out
Andrew
