    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

First, to let you know Jammie is a female and Corky is a male, and the last name is spelled wrong also, you should put all of the emails not the ones you selected for your best use. here is all of them, and also for all to know in these emails he was talking about heated its because he made a threat, but you will see for yourself's, i will be more then happy to post screen shots but it will take a long time because he deletes all the old emails and sends one at a time, so it would be alot of single emails.

Yes we do buy things and sell them sometimes, we also pick what we want to keep then sell what we don't want to keep, we where going to breed him but he was to big for the female we bought him for, and we really didn't make any money we paid 450.00 plus shipping for him, so thats not really a profit, for us, we just don't have the space to hold on to males we cant breed yet, we are honest people and we Honestly did not see a single problem with him, and I don't understand if you didn't have the time to watch him how did you know he was trying to breed but not finishing?
Sorry for all of the questions something just doesn't seem right here we shipped him in perfect condition and we have only been told he was doing fine now all of a sudden he isn't...

I was home to see him the first day. And I have been givin male that don't show sign fast and some people can't tell right away. It tough with a male they don't alway weez like the females do. And will still try to breed but tire fast. U may not of even known he was sick. If u were not letting him breed. I just don't need a sick dragon on me collection. Especially when he cost me 400 and a 150 female dragon. So I just want to know if there is something going to be done to make this right ? Thanks kevin

There really isn't anything I can do, we have a guarantee for a reason, I personally have never seen any dragon with a respitory issue not weez, and I never once seen him wheeze or have mucus in his mouth or nose, and it was your responsibility to make sure he was healthy in the 48 hour time line that we guarantee, also we only gave you 100 in trade value for that female.

You told us he was fine yesterday in person, I personally wouldn't have said that if I wasn't sure, but then we make new post's and now you want a replacement dragon, for a dragon we where told was doing fine yesterday, that doesn't make much sense.

It sounded like a threat, and im not the only one that thinks that way, If I had actually been taken and ripped off of course I would be pissed, but there is the fact that there was a guarantee, if I purchased something and didn't notice something was wrong until almost a week later, I would be upset but at the same time its my fault also, plus I would be handling things in a mean and aggressive attitude the way you are plus in my personal opinion I think trying to keep things nice and friendly is the best way, when you make threats your really losing ground when your nice then people want to do more to make you happy and work with you, or at least that is how I feel.

Corky did work, he was layed off, and I still stay home with our 7 month old son, he hasn't been working for less then 2 weeks now....how do you care for so many dragons if your to busy working to watch or take care of them

And thats it, i do agree i would like to see proof, you cant expect us to take your word for anything when you just told us yesterday he was fine.
 
Well yeah even we want proof of a dead reptile, a picture will some times do it. But some people do ask for the body to be shipped back to them as proof..

Also if you have someone come in a handle/clean them ect.. you never know what may have happened while you were not around.

Take it to the Vet and see if you can get proof of how long it has been sick maybe or what it is sick from??

And if he was that sick you would have noticed or I'd think so anyway IMO and what about quarantine? You had him chasing around your female right, he might have passed something onto them or her?

Ugh, just a nasty situation. And some not so nice words..

Now that all the emails have been presented Kevin, they don't owe you anything. The dragon depends on you. I'm not a beardie person, but RI could set in in the time frame? At any rate, Kevin, you need to post proof for your case (pictures of the "extreme RI" and a pic of when you got the dragon etc)
 
And OMG I would do what ever I could to take him to the Vet, it's not his fault the poor little guy anyway. Some meds might clear him right up.

Also did you not know about their 2 day or 48 hour guarantee?

Agree with you amanda, there has been no proof that anything is wrong and that it had anything to do with me or my care for this dragon, if i wasnt told yesterday this dragon was fine after a week of haveing him i would be more likely to work with him, but sense i was told this dragon was chaseing females and doing his do and was ok, i went with that, and would and will not do anything about it without proof.

Nope? Your not willing to post proof? Then your case is dead. Diamond Den, don't worry about this, everyone will have an unreasonable buyer now and then. That's why you have that 2 day health gaurantee! :thumbsup:

Yeah sorry but I agree 100% here. I sell alot of dragons and this is just fishy. It is stated and people always know they have to send us pic's for proof and as I said we "can" even ask them to ship the body back before we will replace anything (never had to thank god) AND well you did have a 48hr guarantee.

Simple truth is, we don't know how these dragons/reptiles are treated after they leave us and we have no control over it. Soooo after seeing how it is laid out there and how it went down, NO I would not replace it..

lol you call that a guarantee i give 10 days on my beardies a produce over a 1000 a year. and have sold 500 plus this year. and not a 1 has came back. sorry but a 2 day guarantee tell be someone is afraid to stand behind there reptiles. umm thats a little fishy to me :)
 
So what if you sell a $500 dragon to some kid who didn't do his research or his homework and he had the temps too high in his tank, oh lets say he has it 140 degrees in his tank for a few days and then "oh, my dragon is dead 7 days later" so then what do you do? HOW do you find out that the kid caused the sickness or death?

Do you ask for proof, do you want to see pic's? Or do you just send him another $500 dragon or give his money back?

Sorry but we have a 3 day guarantee because we have no clue what happens with that dragon after it leaves us or how it is treated.
