Without background information it's hard to say. Someone posted more detailed locale ID pics but my computer is refusing to load. It could be someone's cross between locales and then there's no way of telling and the red on grey is one of the most common colors so a frequent cross result. A smooth red striped on grey snake is often just placed under coastal rosy. Wider stripes and more checkered than smooth edged stripes tends to be more interior, possibly mountainous, locations. Darker lines, especially into black, with cleaner white or yellowed between the stripes tend to be Mexico rosy boas. That's kind of the main grouping I've seen with some exceptions. I don't see any captive morphs. Pretty standard, common wild colors.
