Coastal Rosy Boa Question

Can Coastal Rosy Boas have red-brown stripes and a tan/brown backround color? If so, does anyone know where this version originates from?

In other words, How do you identify a Rosy as a Coastal Rosy???

I think there are slight variations on the scale counts. You could go on google, and find out the scale counts, and compare it to what you count, see if that helps at all.
