I see others post replies to ads in the Classifieds section, but it seems that I can never "post reply" in Classifieds section.

There were some rule changes made a while back and at this time only contributing members can post REPLIES to classified ads.

Any user can still post ads (for sale/wanted) as well as send PMs to the sellers or use the contact information that the person has listed in their ad.
