What should I so when the male doesn't want to mate but the female does, she always head bobs, and puts her arms up and down, but the male just sits there, shoudl I take him out, or just leave them be???

If you have another male putting them where the male can see him may spark breeding behavior. NOTE: Do not put him into the same cage as they will fight. But rather place him outside the cage so they can see each other. You'd be amazed how fast he's on it when he sees competition.
