Unless special arrangements are made, animals are NOT considered sold unless payment has been received.
All packages are shipped signature required, if someone is not home to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, I will not be responsible for live delivery (NO Exceptions)
I cannot be held responsible for carrier error or tardiness
Any issues with your order must be reported within 2 hours of receipt
I guarantee live delivery of healthy animal/s, once in your possession, i can no longer be responsible for the health and well being of any animal. If you do not know how to properly care for an animal, please do not buy or do your homework and be prepared prior to buying.
Photos and/or return of DOA animals may be required prior to a decision of replacement or credit
All shipments are via FedEx Priority Overnight service for delivery by 10:30am. Although, some areas in the country do not offer 10:30 delivery.
A brand new, appropriately sized styrofoam lined box will be used and heat/cool packs will be used as needed.
I will not ship in extreme temperatures and i reserve the right to postpone shipping at my discretion to ensure the safety of the animals.
Shipping charges are not refundable
